Refund Policy Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the refund guarantee under this Agreement, the Client’s website must meet all of the following conditions at the time of service commencement:

1.1. The website must be a minimum of six (6) months old.

1.2. The website must have a Domain Rating (DR) of at least fifteen (15).

1.3. The website must contain a minimum of two hundred (200) active dofolllw backlinks.

1.4. The website must maintain a spam score below two (2), as determined by industry-standard SEO tools.

2. Refund Guarantee

2.1. The Service Provider guarantees that if the Client has met all eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1 and has fully implemented all personalized SEO recommendations provided by the Service Provider, but fails to achieve a first-page ranking on Google within ninety (90) calendar days, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.

3. Conditions for Refund

​

3.1. The Client must provide verifiable proof of the proper and complete implementation of all SEO recommendations delivered by the Service Provider.

3.2. A refund request must be submitted in writing to the Service Provider within ten (10) business days following the conclusion of the ninety (90) day period.

3.3. Failure to provide adequate proof of implementation, or failure to submit the refund request within the specified period, shall render the refund guarantee void.

4. Governing Law

​

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
