Blazly SEO GDPR

Blazly SEO ("Blazly SEO", "us", "we", or "our") operates the Blazly SEO application (the "Service"). Blazly SEO takes the data handling of our EU customers seriously. 

 

We have updated our Privacy PolicyCookie Policy and Terms of Service to reflect our compliance with the GDPR requirements. We have also made available a compliant Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for our customers.

Blazly SEO fully adheres to the spirit and the letter of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Blazly SEO does not process PCI data, but uses a third party for payment purposes.


Subprocessor


To support delivery of our services, Blazly SEO uses data processors with access to certain customer data (referred to as subprocessor).

 

We enter into GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each sub-processor, extending GDPR safeguards everywhere personal data is processed.
